As Team Leader for The Hamlin Team, Cathy's managerial and organizational skills are necessary, and this is exemplified in how client transactions are handled. Cathy has created a team of agents that are outstanding in knowledge, experience and customer service. Her own accounting, banking operations and office management background has proven invaluable in creating a team that she believes to be one of the best in the industry.
Cathy is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and currently serves on the board of Womens Council of Realtors-Greater West Houston Chapter as Treasurer and President Elect. She will continue in 2010 as President Elect. An avid tennis player, Cathy is a Past President of Texas Jackrabbit League, an 1800-member Northwest Houston women's tennis league. She and husband Steve have been residents of Northwest Houston for over 25 years, are very familiar with the area and have seen firsthand the changes that this area has experienced.
Cathy feels that the relationship between Realtor and client is a joint endeavor, where all parties work together toward the same result. She is ready and willing to put her team to work WITH you to accomplish all of your real estate goals.
One of Brian's best qualities is his ability to listen to your family’s desires and needs, which helps him in locating the perfect home for you and your family. He stays current with the area’s inventory of new and resale homes, and his experience in the home sales field will make the selection of your new home both easy and accurate. Brian's negotiating skills are unparalleled. His knowledge of mortgages and financing options helps his clients understand the process every step of the way. Brian has a passion for Real Estate and serves his clients with knowledge, professionalism and dedication.
Brian and wife Sandy have lived in Northwest Houston for several years, and intend to remain here to raise their two daughters. The girls are both involved in area soccer and volleyball, and Brian takes an active role as their biggest fan. His commitment to family exemplifies his personal integrity.

Jan joined The Hamlin Team in June, 2007, and is an integral part of the team. She was employed for many years with Compaq Computer as their Financial Planning Manager, and her computer skills are topnotch. Her attention to detail and organizational skills keep The Hamlin Team on track, and ensure that contracts, client files and closing transaction information is kept accurate and up-to-date. In addition to client file administration, Jan handles all of the financial reporting for The Hamlin Team.
In her spare time, Jan is a Championship-level tennis player, and plays both singles and doubles in several competitive leagues. She, husband Rick, and their daughter enjoy many other outdoor activities, including hiking and snow skiing. They have been residents of the Cypress area for many years.
